The position will report directly to the HRIS & Data quality manager in its day-to-day operations.

 

The Senior HRIS analyst is responsible to:

 

-Act as Single Point of Contact / lead for the HRIS activities related to Workforce administration, Learning & Talent development (OracleHCM technology).

 

This includes the following activities:

 

  • -Business analysis to accompany the HR teams on their requests for support & enhancements of the solution.
  • -Organize workshops & follow market trends to define the HRIS roadmap with HR teams.
  • -Assessment of the impact of functional & technical releases by liaising with AXA Group HR teams & AXA GO IT service providers.
  • -User administration of the tools & ensure that Data privacy guidelines are respected.

 

  • -Change management on tools & processes associated.
  • -Documentation kept up-to-date for User & administration guides.
  • -Ensure that the team provide an effective support to the GO employees worldwide on all HR tools: Workforce administration, Learning, Talent Development & Management, HR Portal (entry point for HR services, Sourcing & Onboarding), Recruitment & Reporting. Technologies are OracleHCM, Cornerstone, ServiceNow, PowerBI.

 

This role requires to:

 

  • -Resolve issues from HR teams or GO employees related to the HR tools in line with the defined SLA.
  • -Coordinate with all HR, IT & Project teams to follow the resolution of any request received.
  • -Escalate to Level 2 Support teams requests that cannot be handle by the Support level 1.
  • -Perform corrections or small enhancements within the tool if possible.

 

-Participate to projects related to the functional scope / technical solution. The new joiner will be part of the following projects in 2020:

 

  • -Completion of the data quality plan.
  • -Enhancements of the Learning tool.
  • -Provide adhoc reports on HR analytics.

 

SKILLS

 

  • -Min. Experience of 3 years as IT consultant or business analyst.
  • -Experience in the field of HRIS will be appreciated: Performance, WFA, recruitment, compensation…
  • -Strong leadership & ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • -Ability to communicate with different profiles in HR
  • -Ability to work in parallel on multiple topics & parallel projects.
  • -Good communication skills both oral & written: credible speaker French & English + attention

 

  • paid to details & deliverables formatting & setup.
  • -Fluent in French / English.
  • -Fast learner.
  • SCOPE / INTERFACES
  • -International scope (all AXA GO regions and countries).
  • -Interface with other departments.
  • -Able to work in a matrix organization, functional and remote management.
