Mission :

  • Implement (new) tactics - webinars, media sponsorships, landing pages, campaigns, white paper promotions, etc - to fuel new business opportunities, as well as customer retention
  • Analyze marketing campaigns contents, numbers, validate key learnings and insights to maximize lead generation ROI and best practice sharing across the MAWECA Region
  • Support to distribution
  • Provide training material and/or train (sales, brokers, agents, partners…)
  • Support sales animation (Hunting days, brokers events…) as well as partnership development (i.e. white labels)
  • Procure print (brochures, stationary, gifts…)
  • Product&Client Interfaces
  • Initiate local/regional product development process in close cooperation with MAR Region and the Group
  • Maintain expertise over the entire range of products for both Trade Credit Insurance and Business Information, being the entry point for sales questions on product providing key product information/training material (i.e. brochures, slides, videos, Q&A)
  • Clause book maintenence and localization
  • Work on new customers interfaces releases for both Trade Credit Insurance & Business Information ensuring translation, test, training, communication & operational launch, managing bugs and improvements
  • Ensure key performance indicators (i.e. NPS, CSat, etc..) are in place and reviewed for each entity of the Region
  • Review/analyze available data sets to identify improvement areas (process, product, communication, etc) and support recommendations
  • Competitors Intelligence
  • Plan and co-ordinate market research in cooperation with Group Marketing and Local Senior business leaders to assess competion marketing mix behaviour in order to prepare insights to be shared at local, regional and global level
  • As Communication Mgr build, deliver and constantly develop Coface's communication strategy in order to enhance its public profile and impact in the credit insurance market as well as to ensure employees around the world have a broad understanding of the company, its strategy and purpose
  • He/she implements the communication plan/budget for the country, agreed upon by the Regional Communication Manager (RCM) and the Country Manager, and the local CFO.

Profil recherché :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications
  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience preferrably in insurance or business information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in French and English
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • A proven ability to produce creative, memorable and highly engaging content in support of inbound and outbound marketing activities
  • A proven track record of developing strategies and tactics to drive awareness and demand within specific target segments
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions, be a team player and thrive in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment
