Mission :

  • Monthly end-to-end payroll process ensuring high quality, timeliness, completeness and correctness
  • Provide monthly support to internal/external payroll providers/steakholders for all BU’s
  • Provide professional advice and assistance to management on payroll and tax policies, procedures and our payroll software and systems
  • Checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards, maintaining time and attendance records, entering new hires into the payroll system, posting/reviewing changes in pay and tax status and miscellaneous changes
  • Partnering closely with Global payroll and the HR team to ensure compliance practices
  • Streamlining and continuous improvement of payroll processes
  • Ensure payroll processes are compliant with all Federal, State and Local rules and regulations and monitor relative Payroll websites for changes in any rule, law or regulation that would impact payroll information, process or reporting
  • Provides accurate and correct information to tax authorities, pension providers and others
  • Reconciles payroll data against stakeholders, authorities and internal systems
  • Drive and implement ad-hoc projects and/or new policies

Profil recherché :

  • with 4-6 years of experience within payroll operations in the Moroccan market
  • University degree in Economics, Finance or similar
  • Professional working experience in end to end payroll processing for a medium-large company
  • Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of payroll and tax legislation
  • You combine expert knowledge about Moroccan payroll operations with a passion for delivering a great service experience
  • You are proactive and do not hesitate in engaging with stakeholders at all levels to address and resolve any issues
  • You have excellent communication skills and a strong result orientation
  • You may have worked in a similar role in a global organization or as a consultant within the payroll area
  • Experience with payroll systems AGIRH, SAP,… is a big plus
  • Experience in project management and driving service improvement is considered an advantage
  • Written and spoken French and English is a prerequisite for this position
