  •  Receiving calls, assisting remotely and responding to electronic requests;
  •  Understand and use best practices to provide first level support and the best possible customer service as soon as possible;
  •  Perform remote cleaning as indicated;
  •  Resolve problems from the first call, as far as possible, using the knowledge retained during the training and searching through the available documentation;
  •  Record problems in the database;
  •  Possess the ability to dynamically understand and retain changing information in relation to the support department and the organization.A positive attitude and positive behavior are expected. Demonstrate a high level of responsibility for all operational tasks and respect the expected standards.

Profil recherché :

  •  A Bac or higher education in Computer Science or IT;
  •  At least one year of experience in a similar position;
  •  Perfect command of German and flawless speech quality;
  •  A sense of listening and service;
  •  Hardworking, involved, punctual and proactive.
